Savings Core Group Formation

Our Savings Program strengthens communities by forming self help groups in areas with limited access to social services. Through savings and credit associations, members learn the value of financial discipline, mutual trust, and collective responsibility.

By saving together and managing community loan funds, members are empowered to build shared assets, reduce unnecessary debt, and create additional sources of income through small livelihood projects. More importantly, these groups encourage active community participation and collective action to promote economic, social, environmental, and cultural wellbeing.

Establishing Income Generation Groups

Income Generation Groups create opportunities for communities to turn their skills and local resources into sustainable livelihoods. By organizing partner groups, we help them develop products and connect to market opportunities.

Each product undergoes careful development to ensure quality, competitiveness, and market readiness. We also promote the concept of inclusive business, where low income communities actively participate in the value chain as producers or consumers. Through this approach, families are not just beneficiaries but active contributors in building sustainable local economies.

Skills Development and Product Enhancement

We equip participants with practical knowledge and technical skills to improve their products and strengthen their businesses. With the support of strategic partners and resource persons, members receive training in:
Skills development for specific products

  • Product labeling and packaging
  • Good manufacturing practices
  • Product costing and pricing
  • Product development and market readiness
  • These trainings help transform ideas into quality products that are ready for the market.

Income Generation for Individuals

We also provide focused training and support for individuals and families, especially those from ultra poor households. By strengthening their skills and confidence, we help them start or improve productive activities that increase household income and move them toward self reliance.
