Empowering Youth Through Skills: Batch 2 of Learn & Grow Vocational Training Project Begins
Through a strong and growing partnership between LG Electronics Philippines, and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Cainta, and Good Neighbors Philippines, Batch 2 of the Learn & Grow Vocational Training Project is now underway, continuing its mission to equip young individuals with the skills they need for a better future.

This batch consists of 25 trainees from Barangay San Isidro, composed of former sponsored youth of Good Neighbors and out-of-school youth. The program aims to provide free, high-quality vocational training that opens opportunities for employment.
Each partner plays a vital role in the success of the initiative. Good Neighbors Philippines provides scholarships and ongoing support to ensure that trainees can fully participate in the program. TESDA Cainta delivers a 288-hour training curriculum, facilitated by certified trainers and leading to national certification. Meanwhile, LG Electronics Philippines strengthens the program by supporting pathways toward employment and promoting long-term career opportunities for the trainees.

Training sessions are conducted Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at TESDA Cainta. Guided by their trainer, Mr. Roelito E. Quieres (DOMRAC Trainer), the trainees demonstrate remarkable dedication each day. They show up not only to learn, but to grow with determination, discipline, and a shared goal of completing their training and on-the-job experience.
More than just a skills program, the Learn & Grow Project is a pathway to hope, empowering young people to build stable, meaningful careers and become active contributors to their communities.
