The Mobile Library aims to improve literacy and enrich learning among rural areas of Laak, Compostela Valley. It recognizes that every child has the right to education by making learning resources more accessible to different communities. The mobile library will now visit the different areas of Laak especially in Kilagding, Aguinaldo and Longanapan.
