PRESS RELEASE | 3 August 2023 – Robi Domingo renews his commitment as Good Neighbors International Philippines Ambassador on Thursday at the Head Office in Cubao, Quezon City.
“It was around 2016, 2017 when we had our first engagement in Timog Avenue, I felt I was in the right place. So, being here, since then, until now, has been not just a task but a privilege to be part of this, not just a brand, but a family. And I look forward to more projects and life stories to share with other people,” Robi said.
GNIP Country Director Jae Choon Lee expressed his gratitude to Domingo for his contribution as GNIP Ambassador to empower more youth. He also shares that he would like to continue the partnership to reach out to more children and families who need more help.
“We want them to connect with someone who wants to help them, just like you mentioned. And definitely, we could work together more, and we would like to make more new and enjoyable events together to reach out to the people,” Country Director Lee said.
Robi has been involved in different GNIP programs and activities such as the WAVE Talk 2022, a birthday fundraiser for Filipino Youth, visiting one of the project sites, and providing laptops to ten youth scholars.
The partnership with Robi has grown into a strong bond driven by a shared mission to uplift and empower Filipino youth. Now, he will be an advocate for empowering children and their families better future.
“I was thinking about it last year, we focused on, of course, education, like for me personally, but this year what I want to do is before I make my own family, I want to touch and enrich the lives and the families of the Filipino Children. I hope with your help, too, we can empower Filipino families because yun talaga yung basic unit of society. That’s where it all starts and that’s where I want to start this year, with Filipino families,” Robi said. #
