The HR Recruitment Officer is responsible for handling end to end recruitment, applicant job
vacancy monitoring and preparation of documentations and contracts related to staffing and
talent onboarding.
Essential Responsibilities
1. Handles end to end process of recruitment
- Arranges online or face to face interviews with shortlisted applicants
- Coordinates with applicable Division Heads for interview schedules
- Conduct relevant background information checking on character references submitted by successfully identified applicants during final interview
- Preparation of Salary computation for successfully identified applicants for review and approval
- Preparation of job offer to successfully selected applicants, for review and approval of Senior Manager
- Preparation of contract for review and approval
- Coordinates and arranges travel and lodging of newly hired employees
2. Monitoring of Applicants Tracking System
- Creation and regular updating of Applicants Tracking system.
- Preparation and sending of regret feedback to unsuccessful applicants.
- Preparation of applicants’ master list and count tracking for reporting
3. Facilitates endorsement and preparation of contract for staff members
passing the performance evaluation satisfactorily.
4. Prepare reports for monitoring
- Prepares Employment Contract Monitoring Report,
- Prepares Orientation curriculum for new employees.
- Prepares Summary Report of hired employees
- Prepares Summary report of Attrition rate
- Facilitates updating employee master list.
5. Coordinates and facilitates the performance evaluation of the new employees
including endorsement for the approval.
- Prepares correspondences for new employees’ information relative to PE process
6. Prepare and process the PAN endorsement for the regularization of new
employees.
7. Facilitates process for staff resignations
- Prepares response memo to resignation letter of resigned staff.
- Facilitate the completion of resigned employee’s (HO level)
- Prepares endorsement for last pay computation of separated staff
- Creates Quitclaim of resigned employees.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource
- Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Knowledge in different facets of hiring and talent management is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet hiring goals within a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multitask, with good negotiation skills and knows how to maintain confidentiality.
- Preferably with experience working for an international non-government organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and document organization
- Experience in HRIS software is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
