Field Sponsorship Staff will be responsible in collecting the Annual Progress Report of sponsored children, monitoring sponsored children, implementing sponsorship activities, conduct home visits, among others.
Essential Responsibilities
- Collect the Annual Progress Report/photos and Annual Child Letter of sponsored children in the Community development projects.
- Translate the Annual Child Letter of the sponsored children (from local dialect to English)
- Assessment of qualified children for sponsorship
- Monitoring of sponsored children in the community development projects
- Coordination with the stakeholders, partners, and community volunteers regarding the sponsorship deliverables
- Ensure the timely submission of quality output in the database being used to record the update for sponsored children
- Updating the master list of children on a monthly basis
- Implementation of sponsorship activities in accordance with the guidelines
- Conducting of home visits to sponsored children
- Monitoring and conduct of monthly meeting with volunteers
- Close coordination and communication with the Field Managers and Head Office regarding sponsorship deliverables and concerns
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Community Development, or Social Sciences.
- At Least 1-year of work experience in the same field; work experience in an International NGO (INGO) is a plus.
- Demonstrate ability to set and achieve objectives and deadlines
- Know the basics of MS office applications like excel, word, PowerPoint, and databases.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings.
- Patient in accommodating the behavior of a wide range of people.
- Highly organized, with good attention to detail and develop an ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledgeable of the services available in the community.
- Licensed Social Worker is an advantage
