IT (NGO ERP) Admin Staff maintains and improves the technical systems of the organization in ensuring that all employees have the technology (ERP, software, hardware, applications) they need to complete their work. Likewise, to make sure that the organization’s important files and information remain safe and intact.
Essential Responsibilities
I. NGO ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System Development and Management
- Responsible for maintaining the current version of IT ERP system (current systemincludes: finance management, procurement, budget monitoring, bookkeeping)
- Planning on an extended version of the ERP system (Microfinance management, Fundraising, HRIS, etc) development and coordination with development company.
- Establishing guidelines on the implementation of IT systems.
- Communicate with staff members on feedback gathering in terms of efficiency and productivity of the ERP system.
- Responsible for conducting research on improving the ERP system.
- Act as system administrator for regular checking of documents filed and submitted by the staff members.
II. Networks Management
- Handles software, hardware and other network-related concerns
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficacy of systems used
- Implements network security measures.
- Support the organization in terms of incorporating new software with the current system
- Offer technical support to all staff members in troubleshooting hardware, software issues.
III. Monitoring of Equipment (Inventory & System)
- Review Office’s equipment monitoring report (e.g., laptops, printers, routers, etc.)
- Install and configure computer hardware and software systems, etc.
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
- Responding to breakdowns & investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware errors
- Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of computers and laptops.
- Responsible for all safety standards of all facilities and equipment of the organization
- Make the necessary documentation of all office equipment and vehicles
- Assist in the asset tagging in Head Office.
III. Maintenance & Vehicle Monitoring
- Maintains and monitors official vehicle records, registration renewal, insurance and
- monitoring system.
- Handles vehicle concerns
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology (or other computer and IT related courses)
- Experience of developing and/or maintaining ERP systems
- Proficient in programming languages (Java Script, Google Apps Script) and other Google-based platforms
- Preferably with three (3) years of relevant experience. Having worked with international organizations is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in hardware troubleshooting
- Shows attention to details and with high level of accuracy
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team
