The Community Development Project in Southville, Rodriguez, Rizal was initiated through getting in touch with the National Housing Authority. In Barangay San Isidro, Southville 8 and Southville 8A are housing projects of the said government authority. Through coordination and research, it was learned that thousands of poor families and children who were victims of Typhoon Ondoy (Tropical Storm Ketsana) needed assistance and support. As such, Southville was soon established as a Good Neighbors Community Development Project.
