This Community Development Project was identified through the help of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development (PSWD) of Sorsogon. The CDP is located in the municipality of Prieto Diaz in the province of Sorsogon. After being referred by the PSWD, a formal communication with the Municipal Mayor of Prieto Diaz for an ocular visit was done before finally being chosen to be one of the possible target areas for the Good Neighbors’ sponsorship program and Community Development Projects.
